While working as a general dentist, she developed a passion for surgical dentistry, implant dentistry, and periodontal plastic surgery. This passion led her to the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, where she completed her specialty training in periodontics and received her certification. During her rigorous three-year program, Dr. Sakka gained extensive experience in traumatic tooth extractions, dental implant surgery, gum grafting, bone grafting, and oral medicine.
Dr. Sakka is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology and frequently participates in annual meetings, seminars, and workshops at both national and international levels.
In her leisure time, Dr. Sakka enjoys reading books with her three-year-old daughter, Salma. She is excited to meet you and your family and is eager to become a part of the Michigan community.
